The Good & Strong Club!

The Good & Strong Club is a social club designed for tweens, teens and adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities to hang out, have fun, socialize and practice some vocational skills. Each meeting will have a themed activity. Activities will alternate between just-for-fun Karaoke, and Makers & Mentors. Makers & Mentors will practice vocational skills, creating no-bake treats and packaging items which may end up on the menu at Anastasia and Katie’s Coffee Shop! Dancing optional!

Onsite Support:

There will be an approximately 4-1 ratio of participants to volunteer mentors. Mentors will provide support in socializing with others and participating in activities. Participants are welcome to bring a staff or family member to provide extra support, if needed.
