August 5 Boxed Meal Order Form

The event is free to attend! Anastasia and Katie’s Coffee Shop & Cafe will be open with a limited menu, serving coffee drinks, frappes, smoothies and grab and go (muffins, chips, etc.) items. Sandwiches are available by pre-order only, using this form. Orders need to be submitted by August 2.

Each boxed meal comes with a sandwich, a drink, chips and a cookie. Choose from:

Hugo’s Ham and Cheese

Honey cured ham, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and honey mustard piled high on rye bread.

Katie’s Club Croissant

Turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise stacked on a croissant.

Stacy’s UnHam My Sandwich (VEGAN)

VEGAN ham, Dijon mustard, pickle, lettuce, tomato on toasted sourdough bread.

Advance registration is not necessary to attend, but we do require boxed meals to be ordered in advance if desired.
